Looking to Swtich Internet Provider in PA

I was with my previous internet provider for a few years, but in recent months I have found that there are many fees being added to my bill that just don’t make any sense. When I contacted the internet company, they informed me that it was company policy to add these fees to each bill, yet they could not tell me what exactly the money was going towards. Needless to say, I was not too happy about that and I made the decision to switch internet providers as quickly as possible. I have been looking online for a reasonably priced PA internet provider and I have found a few companies that I am interested in. I am just hoping that whichever company that I ultimately choose, they do not sneak any hidden fees on my bill a few months or years down the road or else I will be switching companies all over again.
